I got my first professional camera in 1986 and have been chasing light, land and cars ever since. Over the years, I continue to develop my craft and creativity. I approach my photography with a vision and a goal to show you what I see before I even look through the lens. I have performed commercial, automotive, real estate and profile photography in the DC Metro area since 2016. My work has recently been featured at exhibits with the Shenandoah Arts Council and Round Hill Arts Center. My images have been licensed and published in Groupon Guides and for hundreds of professional listings on Turo and Get-Around.
I like to connect with my subjects when photographing them which is why the genres of photography I do, revolve around cars & automotive, landscapes and nature conservation and places and personal profiles. When I am shooting for my own creative projects or for a customer, I start with a vision and develop a plan to work with the light and surrounding environment to create the image I envision. Mastering the camera and technical aspects of photography will help a photographer take good photos. There are a lot of good photographers out there today. Experience, creativity and constant practice over time is the mark of a professional. Contact me if you would like to work with a professional. I look forward to hearing from you!
